Magical Mysteries is a day camp for Girl Scouts.  The dates of the camp are June 15 – 19 from 9am – 3:30pm and the location will be the East Interlocken Park in Broomfield.

Adult volunteers are needed to help this camp be successful – and your scout gets to attend camp for free if you volunteer for the week! See the volunteer link for more information.

Girls will have fun following the trail of a mystery – they will work together to solve problems, get creative and meet some magical creatures. The camp and all activities are planned by volunteers and Program Aides. Campers will bring their own lunch and small snack; afternoon snacks will be provided, some will be created by the girls!

The camp is appropriate for girls entering kindergarten through 5th grade. Each group of girls at camp is led by an adult Unit Leader and one or more PAs.  Girls can request to be placed with troop members or friends, although not all requests can be accommodated.

Girls who are entering 6th grade to 12th grade will be part of a separate unit of camp trainees.  Activities for the older girls will introduce them to the Program Aide program or reinforce prior Program Aide training. These girls will have their own challenges, and they will be planning activities for the younger girls to try, which will complete Program Aide Intern hours.  This option is available for girls whether or not they have completed their LIA (Leader in Action) or PA training.

Camp is open to girls who have not been in a troop previously, but all girls must be registered with Girl Scouts of Colorado prior to the start of camp.
